Appeal to Immigration decision

The Immigration Appeal Division (IAD) hears appeals on immigration-related matters, including sponsorships, removal orders and residency obligations.The candidate is allotted a period of 30 days after receiving refusal letter. In case if Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada does not accept the re-application, the candidate has the right to challenge the decision. This right depends on many other factors like current immigration category of the applicant.
